The Role of ICTs in Job Crafting
New Publication in the Journal of Vocational Behavior by Lisa Handke, Giverny De Boeck, and Sharon K. Parker

Using a mixed-methods design, Lisa Handke and colleagues uncover seven different job crafting tactics that involve the use of ICT and which relate to perceived person-environment fit and work engagement.
